Hey! Dude here.  This week was pretty average but I am still going to tell you what happened.
Starting with....:
Monday:  We didn't have school because of FREEZING temperature
Tuesday:  Princess came with us to the Middle School (where I go to school) to see what instrument she will be playing next year, she is going to play the flute. Yay! Way to go Princess!!!
Wednesday:  Church activities and I found out that I will be an alternative for the school spelling bee.
Thursday:  Not much happened today.  We just sat around all day (except for school).
Friday:  We played with friends and had some fun just relaxing with family.  (Plus me and Mr. Doctor went on a camp out with the young men.
Saturday:  We were still on a camp out.  We came back at 10:00 am and had fun with family.
Sunday:  Went to church and had the missionaries over for dinner.
Overall we didn't do much this week and it was kind of boring, but I can tell that it is going to be very exciting next week! See ya in April.  :D

Weekly update -Megaman

Megaman edition as dictated to Mrs. Doctor, he even dictated the punctuation marks. ;-)

When it was Sunday, I played with my brother and sisters. And I hid in a cupboard downstairs. And I went to the stairs. And I went to my room. I played air hockey with my Dad. And it was 2 against 2. And some people fixed our window this week! I went to a church with my mom in another town on Wednesday. And I ate a lemon cake. It was yummy! And my mom did the laundry. And I am sick. And I coughed really bad. And my mom scratched my back. And I know how to snap. And I am still sick! My mom signed me up for baseball.

Kid Comedy - Megaman

Megaman was reading a book to me the other day and it went like this:
"There...was...an...old...lady...who...swallowed...a...fly...I...don't...know...why...she...swallowed...the...fly...(then he got to an unfamiliar word that starts with a "p" and said) apparently she died!" When he got to the end he looked at me and said, "Why did she die after eating the horse? If she can swallow a cow, she can swallow a horse. What is it about the horse, anyway?!"

The weekly news- Princess

This week was pretty fun! The only day that we went to school was on a Friday because of the snow. It was really fun. The grass was so icy frozen that we could literally stand on the tips of it! Here's a picture of it.
We also played with friends a lot, and I got to finish my valentine's box for school.  Here is the love bug that I made to go on top of the box. It looked pretty cool!
.
And the most exciting part is that our relatives are coming soon!!!!!  Finally, Honey Bunch is getting baptized!!!!!! We are so proud of her! -Princess

Kid Comedy - kind of....

Honey Bunch has had a "loose tooth" for over 2 years now.  Really it was just wishful thinking on her part, so when we went to the dentist in September and he said that she really did have a "barely loose" tooth we were so happy for her! She got right to work wiggling and wiggling.  She got it to the point yesterday morning that it would have fallen out with the slightest touch.  Then she refused to touch it.  Why? Because she had to make sure that it fell out at school for everyone to see.  She waited until her class was all gathered together at carpet time and then popped it out.  She loves attention, silly girl!  She got a tooth necklace from the nurse and she is one happy chica!

Dude was playing with some friends in the neighborhood on Friday afternoon.  I was playing with Megaman in the basement when I heard Dude come in and holler for me.  When I told him where I was he said, very calmly, as he came down the stairs, "Mom, before you see me, I just have to tell you it was an accident.  He didn't mean to throw it at me."  Oh boy.  Then I see this.

He was ok, heads bleed a lot, but I find it hilarious that he was so concerned not with his head, but in making sure that I knew it was an accident! Oh, and I took the picture to text his Dad, I wasn't saying, "Hey, here is a kodak moment, hold that thought while I get the camera!" ;-)

Halloween 2012

The week before and the week after Halloween we all took turns being sick. I was the unfortunate victim on Halloween. Doctor was so great and took the kids to the trunk-or-treat at the church by himself, and he took them trick-or-treating around the neighborhood while I slept. He was so kind and sweet. We had an angry bird, vampire(ess), pretty witch, and a knight.

We had a our traditional "carving of the pumpkins" family home evening the Monday before Halloween. The kids draw on paper what they want, gut the pumpkins out, and then the surgeon gets to work.
